1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FNOchain ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FNOchain.

2. Service Description

FNOchain provides option chain data and related analytical tools for educational and informational purposes only. The Platform is currently offered as a free service with no paid subscription tiers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration including username, email, and mobile number.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

3.4 Device Binding: For security purposes, your account is bound to a single device. Login from a different device requires admin approval. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent account sharing and unauthorized access.

3.5 Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate account termination.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Share your account credentials with any other person
Attempt to circumvent device binding or security measures
Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks
Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and data compilations on FNOchain are protected by intellectual property laws. The Platform's source code, design elements, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of FNOchain.

Option chain data displayed may be sourced from NSE/BSE and is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. No Investment Advice

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
That defects will be corrected
That the Platform is free of viruses or harmful components

Data may be delayed by 5-15 minutes. Always verify data with official NSE/BSE sources before making trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FNOCHAIN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any financial losses incurred from trading decisions based on Platform data
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from Platform downtime or data inaccuracies

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Account sharing or credential distribution
Attempting to circumvent security measures
Abusive or disruptive behavior
Extended period of inactivity (at our discretion)

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
